Tracey Knutson is a partner at Harbott, Knutson, Larson & Holten and focuses her practice in the area of family law. Tracey has considerable experience helping clients through divorces and legal separations as well as assisting clients with child custody and support matters and various other family related matters such as guardianships and conservatorships.

Crookston is Tracey’s hometown and she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota in 2000. Tracey went on to attend the University of North Dakota School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in 2003.  After law school, Tracey returned to Northwest Minnesota and began working as an Assistant Polk County Attorney. She later became a partner at the law firm of Fischer, Rust, Stock & Rust PLLC where she established her family law practice.

Tracey joined HKL&H in 2015 and continues to be serve her hometown of Crookston passionately with her legal work and community involvement. She is a member of the Fourteenth District Bar Association, board member of the DAC, and board member of the Crookston Wrestling Club.  She is also a past board member of United Way and church council member.
